Organizational Infrastructure: The Radio Mitchell Constitution & Handbook
Jan 2025 - Jun 2025
Associated with Radio Mitchell
Building a governance framework for an organization is not just about rules—it is about long-term sustainability, leadership structure, and operational efficiency. At Radio Mitchell, I developed a comprehensive Constitutional Contract & Handbook to ensure the organization thrives beyond any single leadership team.
Through this project, I gained hands-on experience in strategic operations and organizational management by designing leadership structures, membership policies, and operational guidelines to ensure scalability. I also developed governance and policy frameworks covering leadership transitions, behavior standards, crisis management, and cybersecurity.
Skills: Office 365
Contract Development
Drafted agreements that defined responsibilities, liabilities, and membership obligations.
Judicial Procedures
Created a structured conflict resolution system to ensure accountability and a positive organizational culture.
Financial Framework
Implemented policies for fundraising, sponsorships, and financial transparency to drive long-term sustainability.
This was not just a document—it was a blueprint for growth that ensures Radio Mitchell continues to operate efficiently and professionally year after year. If you are working on structuring an organization, developing policies, or streamlining operations, I would be happy to connect and share insights.
Agile Project Management Research Paper
Apr 2025 - May 2025
Associated with Mitchell College
As part of my final exam for Agile Project Management, I completed a research-based paper exploring the full scope of Agile methodology and its real-world application in team leadership, product development, and operational strategy. This project broke down the Agile Manifesto's four core values and twelve principles, while comparing Agile to traditional frameworks like the waterfall model.
I analyzed how Agile creates more effective workflows by emphasizing adaptability, customer satisfaction, and iterative product development. Instead of launching a full product all at once, Agile focuses on sprints, client feedback, and continuous improvement — ultimately producing higher-quality results with fewer errors and more room for innovation.

Product Roadmap
How to build a product roadmap and vision statement rooted in customer needs
Delivery Timelines
Steps for prioritizing features, estimating workload, and establishing delivery timelines
Team Building
Strategies for creating motivated, communicative, and self-organized teams
Collaboration
The role of transparency and face-to-face collaboration in Agile success
This paper allowed me to connect my interest in strategic operations with modern project execution methods. It sharpened how I think about team dynamics, goal-setting, and the relationship between user feedback and product performance. More than just a final exam, this was a chance to build foundational knowledge in scalable systems and adaptable leadership.
Official Chief of Staff Campaign
Mar 2025 - May 2025
Associated with Mitchell College
As part of my successful campaign to become Chief of Staff for the Mitchell College Student Government Association (SGA), I created and presented a comprehensive strategy to reimagine how our student government operates. I didn't just run for a title—I ran on a platform of structure, execution, and support.
I built a full campaign presentation that focused on bringing long-term clarity to our leadership systems, improving how we communicate, and giving future student leaders the tools to succeed beyond just one academic year.

Structure
I proposed simple, scalable systems to streamline meetings, define expectations, and organize policies in one accessible place.
Execution
I laid out how big ideas become real results—by breaking them into actionable timelines, assigning the right people to the right tasks, and refining along the way.
Support
I emphasized the importance of empowering each SGA leader with mentorship, role clarity, and regular check-ins so that no one operates in the dark.
Drawing from my real-world experience in operations, business development, and strategic planning, I approached this student leadership campaign like a professional transition plan. The work didn't stop after I was elected—it led directly into authoring our full SGA Constitution and Engagement Guide for 2025–2026.
This project reflects how I lead: with strategy, structure, and a drive to make things work better for everyone involved.
Prototype Project: SGA Guidebook & Constitution
Feb 2025 - May 2025
Associated with Mitchell College
I authored the Mitchell College SGA Guidebook as a strategic prototype to serve as the first fully integrated framework for student leadership, club operations, and campus engagement. At its core is a reimagined SGA Constitution I developed to formalize how we lead, fund, organize, and hold one another accountable—laying the foundation for a more structured, accountable, and impactful student government.

Spark Makerspace Website Redesign Prototype
Jan 2025 - Apr 2025
Associated with Spark Makerspace
During my internship at Spark Makerspace, I was assigned a project by Casey Moran and Ebbe Dahlor to redesign the organization's website. The idea was to reimagine how Spark's services, events, and membership options were presented to the public in a way that felt more modern, clear, and user-friendly.
Although the organization ultimately decided not to move forward with the redesign, I chose to complete the prototype to build my skills and create a strong piece for my portfolio.
To approach this, I used Spark's existing website (sparkmakerspace.org) as my reference point and rebuilt the content through Gamma, a visual web presentation tool. I focused on:
Simplified Structure
Reorganized content for better user navigation and information hierarchy
Improved Navigation
Created intuitive pathways through the site's content
Clear Sections
Developed distinct areas for programming, resources, and community engagement
The prototype was designed to be both visually appealing and informative while aligning with the spirit of Spark's creative, community-based mission.
While this version of the site was never published, the project gave me valuable hands-on experience in content design, layout strategy, and creative problem-solving. It also taught me how to stay committed to a vision, even if it ends up being internal or conceptual.

Where It All Began: Lessons from My First Office Role
May 2021 - Aug 2021
Associated with Mainline Metals, Inc.
At 18, I was recruited straight out of high school into a Sales & Data Internship at Mainline Metals — my first professional office experience. This project reflects the two core deliverables I created during my time there:
  • A custom-built distributor directory manually compiled from public trade sources. This was my first time working in Excel at a high level, and it helped me understand sales pipelines, CRM structure, and client tracking.
  • A final presentation that summarized everything I learned — from cold calling and professional communication to time management, office culture, and business strategy. It was presented to the full team and reflected the lessons and mentorship I received.

Radio Mitchell Rebranding Project I worked on for Mitchell College
I’m proud to share the official rebranding of Radio Mitchell, which I led in partnership with a graphic designer. I initiated and managed this entire project from concept to completion — ensuring the final product reflected the station’s identity, modernized our visual presence, and aligned with our long-term growth strategy.
Throughout the process, I worked with the designer to make dozens of revisions, guided by stakeholder feedback and creative direction I provided. This redesign was a key part of our broader effort to make Radio Mitchell a professional-grade, student-run organization. The total project investment was approximately $1,500.
This updated logo and brand system now appears on all station materials, apparel, digital content, and events.
