In 2022, I became Station Manager of Radio Mitchell at Mitchell College, leading a team of over 100+ members overtime. My journey began as Treasurer, where I managed finances and budgeting. I was later promoted to Vice President, gaining experience in station operations before stepping into the presidency.
As Station Manager, I focused on long-term sustainability and professional development within the organization. I implemented staff recognition systems, secured funding partnerships, and developed a structured operational framework to enhance efficiency. One of my key initiatives was founding the Radio Mitchell Alumni Department, which connects former staff with professional opportunities while strengthening the station’s network.
Through my leadership, I worked to transform Radio Mitchell into a self-sustaining, structured, and professional organization that continues to thrive. I became Station Manager of Radio Mitchell in 2022, leading 40+ members. Starting as Treasurer, then Vice President, I gained experience in finance and operations. As Station Manager, I focused on sustainability, staff recognition, and funding partnerships. I also founded the Radio Mitchell Alumni Department to connect former staff with career opportunities. My leadership helped transform the station into a self-sustaining, professional organization.

We marketed the event by creating flyers, social media posts, mass email send-outs, and more. I'm glad I could direct the team and assist in building something great.
