About Me
I’m a strategic and operations-minded professional with a focus on building what doesn’t exist yet — and scaling what already works. I specialize in strengthening organizations through systems that last, structures that scale, and teams that align around a shared mission — whether in media, nonprofits, startups, or community initiatives.
What sets me apart is my ability to lead with both structure and heart. I bring sharp execution, operational clarity, and a team-first mindset into every role I take on. Whether I’m designing new processes, managing stakeholder relationships, or mentoring others, I show up with purpose and consistency.
My experience spans cross-functional leadership, strategic development, and impact-focused consulting. I’ve led transformations in student government, rebuilt a multi-department media organization from the ground up, and advised real businesses through the Small Business Development Center. Through it all, I’ve learned how to navigate complexity, lead with intention, and deliver lasting results.
I’m not looking to just get the job done — I’m looking to build something that matters.

My Story
"My inspiration for leadership and education stemmed from when I was young, watching older kids take charge of businesses, clubs, and organizations like BBYO, CAB, SGA, and even small clothing brands. I admired their ability to create something impactful and knew I wanted to do the same. Mitchell College's student-run radio station, Radio Mitchell, granted me the perfect opportunity to turn that dream of mine into a reality.

I found joy in bringing big ideas to life, like forming partnerships to restructure and rebrand the organization. These experiences solidified my love for managing projects and making visions a reality. The challenge of turning plans into tangible success excites me most about project management and operations.

Today, my experiences at Radio Mitchell and Mitchell College have not only helped me do that but have also fueled my desire to lead with purpose in operations, business development, and eventually as a CEO." - Joshua Bar-Nadav

Me vs. My Competitors
What makes me different—and why it matters.
1
I Build What Doesn’t Exist
I don’t just maintain systems—I create them. I’ve built new departments, developed leadership pipelines, overhauled outdated structures, and scaled student organizations from scratch. I leave behind blueprints, not band-aids.
2
I Execute with Strategy
I don’t just “do the work.” I make sure it connects to long-term outcomes. My actions tie into larger goals, whether I’m writing systems, coordinating teams, or managing brand relationships. I deliver results with thought, not just effort.
3
I Lead Across Functions
While most people stay in one lane, I’ve led operations, marketing, finance, media, recruitment, and partnerships—at the same time. I thrive in complexity and bring people together under one clear, strategic direction.
4
I’m Mission-Driven & People-First
I lead with purpose, empathy, and impact. My focus isn’t on titles—it’s on what actually improves the organization and the people in it. I work with integrity, and I invest in relationships that build lasting trust and high performance.
5
Why I Stand Out
I’m not here to blend in—I’m here to elevate. While others do the job as it’s given, I ask how to make the job better. I bring structure, clarity, and direction to every environment I enter. If you're looking for someone who can build, lead, and grow with intention—you’ve found your person.
